Build your RTA Cabinets with confidence using our simple instructions and assembly videos. Our RTA cabinets are sent directly to you, ready to assemble with only minimal tools required. Our patented Hook- Lock assembly sturdies the cabinet without the look of unattractive visual metal hardware.

We offer, affordable, birch plywood not imitation particle board. Our face frames, end panels and shelves are made with birch plywood. We also include six soft close concealed hinges for each cabinet construction. The quality and craftsman’s ship of our RTA cabinets separates us from other competitors. Unlike most companies that use metal hardware in their cabinet construction our Hook-Lock assembly uses a special design that other RTA online retailers just don’t have. We offer custom sizes, configurations, custom paint colors and extensive accessories at RTA prices. We know our cabinets are made with the best quality and development. Cabinet Construction

Interior - 1/2" Thick birch veneered birch plywood with a clear coat finish.
Face Frame - 3/4" x 1-1/2" solid wood; glued, doweled and pocket screwed.
End Panels - 1/2" Thick birch veneered birch plywood with Hook-Loc © assembly into face frame. Interior is a clear coat finish. Sides are finished to match.
Back - 1/4" Thick birch veneered birch plywood.
Hanger Rail - 3/4" Thick birch plywood; hidden. (Back exterior of wall cabinets only. Hanger rails are screwed to backs for enhanced structural integrity.)
Shelves - Base Shelf: Adjustable 3/4" Thick birch veneered birch plywood, edge banded with clear coat finish. 18" deep shelf - Wall Shelf: Adjustable 3/4" Thick birch veneered birch plywood, edge banded with clear coat finish.
Shelf Supports - Solid metal support in antique brass finish. Inserts into pre-drilled holes in end panels for easy adjustment.
Soft Close Hinges - 6-way adjustable soft close concealed hinges.
Soft Close Drawer Guides - 75 lb. weight capacity, dual undermount full access guides with soft close. 6-way adjustable drawer mounts.
Drawer Construction - 5/8" Thick solid wood dovetail drawer with 3/8" thick bottom. 3" Deep on top drawers.
Toe Kick - D 3" | H 4-1/2" | T 1/2" birch plywood dadoed into side panels. (30" & Wider cabinets receive an additional center brace from front to back.)
